My name is Kate and I’m a Nature Connector.
I have woven my love for Nature, people and learning together to create my own potent blend of nature connection practises to support you to reconnect with nature.
I will guide and support you as you build and deepen your relationship with Nature, with yourself and with those around you. By exploring the threads of interconnectiveness that join us all, you will uncover your true nature. Through a greater understanding of yourself, by learning to listen to your intuition and making choices that truly nourish your soul, you will truly shine your light into the world.
As a Nature Connector, I facilitate natural mindfulness walks, forest bathing sessions, nature art workshops, forest family fun mornings, family forest bathing and preschooler woodland rambles. Each session is tailored to our surroundings, the season that we meet in
I work with individuals, groups of friends and colleagues, families and children. I also lead events open to everyone - a great way to dip you toe in.
I also offer 1:1, workshops and retreats that focus more deeply on building relationships with the nature spirits that surround us; learning to trust our intuition and connect with the trees and plants that live alongside us. Allowing the unconscious connections that we have with the more-than-human world to resurface and once again become conscious connections. Allowing the deep knowing that nature spirits offer to become part of us, bringing with it the wild medicine and the knowing that we are not separate but truly connected to all. By recognising and absorbing Nature’s messages, we can once again live fully in our bodies and awaken our souls.
Trained as a Forest Bathing Guide and Natural Mindfulness Facilitator, I am also able to draw on 25 years of experience teaching children between the ages of 2-16 in a variety of settings.
Please feel free to get in touch to discuss how I can guide you on your journey back to Nature and your own true nature.

I'm often asked what forest bathing is. Here's my take on it.
